Ambassador Application

What sets Free the Facts apart from other educational non-profits is our hands-on approach. We curate compelling virtual events and take on the immense task of traveling all over the country each semester with our renowned policy team in an effort to connect today’s experts with tomorrow’s leaders. This wouldn’t be possible without our strong network of Ambassadors!

Free the Facts’ Ambassadors serve a pivotal role in our organization. They work directly with our staff to produce events, grow engagement on their campus, spread awareness, and foster discussion about complex policy issues.

As an Ambassador, you can:
  • Host events about Medicare, Social Security, and/or student loans with our policy experts on your campus.
  • Write articles for our website;
  • Earn money for identifying great candidates for open Ambassador positions;
  • Access our network of policy experts and participate in exclusive events; and
  • Hold additional events on your campus (policy discussions, debate watch parties, & study breaks) catered and supported by Free the Facts.

In addition to these opportunities, our Ambassadors have access to valuable resources, including career and internship advice. They are also first in line for consideration for our Summer Internship and Scholar programs in Washington, D.C., which provide participants with housing and a stipend.

Ambassadors must be able to attend one Ambassador Orientation per semester, hosted Friday evening through Sunday afternoon in Washington, D.C., for which Free the Facts will cover round-trip transportation as well as lodging and meals.

We’re always looking for passionate student leaders to join our team, so apply to be an Ambassador now!
